Printable journals (digital downloads)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not take returns on downloads. What we do promise: if a file is damaged, will not open, or prints incorrectly, we will fix it or send you a replacement file.

Email porchstories5@gmail.com with your Etsy order number and a short description of the problem. Your rights under Etsy’s purchase protection and under the law where you live are not affected.

Hardcover journals (Amazon)

Hardcover journals are printed and shipped by Amazon. Returns, refunds and replacements for those orders follow Amazon’s return policy and are handled through your Amazon account.
